Toronto. Over the years, various cameras were offered with a moveable septum and lens that (or some times the entire camera) rotated to create extreme wide angle shots.
Around 1952 the PANON camera came out of Japan to create extreme wide angle scenes (140 degrees) on 120 film via a rotating lens.
Lot 12 in our May 3rd Estate auction is just such a camera with a case. The model number may be newer than 1952 but is not visible with the case.
