milkweed seeds c2026
Toronto. … photos that is. The photo at left of a seed pod and seeds from the common milkweed is a touch too recent to be collectible, but give it a century or so …
Portraits are the most common type of old photographs but you may find photos with other subjects like the weed seeds at left – usually monochrome photos unless you spot an autochrome or similar colour photo from the turn of the last century (c1900).
Our events are always a great place to discover new photographic collectibles. Next up is our fall fair on October 18th (Sunday after our Thanksgiving Sunday). Come on out and see old friends while you browse the tables for a special addition to your collection/user gear. Free parking, cheap admission, good food.
PS. Newsletter 26-5 was released last Saturday – see NEWSLETTER above to read/download a copy if you did not receive a copy personally (we can fix that too – just as at news@phsc.ca).
