Toronto. The PHSC welcomes all photographica collectors. While we focus on Canadian studios and contributions to photography, we are world wide in our interests.
The society was formed in the fall of 1974 and became active the following year filling a void for ambitious photographica collectors in Canada and around the world.
Our membership includes collectors, photo historians, photo professionals and those interested in photography and its roots.
Joining (or renewing) is both straight forward and inexpensive. See ‘Membership’ above and at right. Questions may be emailed to member@phsc.ca.
The PHSC hosts events each year. While currently on our summer break, the 2026 events will begin again this fall. See you in the fall…
