Toronto. We held another quiet meeting on September 2nd. This is the 71st executive meeting held over ZOOM.
Our treasurer, John Morden, sent out his report just before the meeting. No PayPal or e-payments occurred over the summer break.
Our financial records for the year 2025/6 (our accounting remains from May 1st to April 30th the following year) were reviewed by our resident CA and approved.
Please note, our journal is now in ‘pdf format’ only, so an email address for all members is essential. A MailChimp notification is sent to all member emails when each journal pdf is produced and uploaded.

President Clint continues to seek a new Programs Director. The fall fair planning is well underway with sign-up packages sent to past vendors and some responses already received by Mark.
Our trunk sale was very popular at the new venue (outdoors at Legion Hall #101). A canopy tent has been purchased for use by the PHSC at this and future trunk sales.
The next PHSC auction will be held on November the 22nd. As suggested by Ms Danyleyko the bidder forms are now available here under AUCTION.
Newsletter editor Patrick Gunn sent in a report. A new issue of PHSC News will be issued in late October just prior to the fair on October 18th..
Journal editors, David and Louise, report their next edition (52-1) will be issued before the end of this month (September).
As usual, I distributed a monthly web report by email. See you in October.
