Toronto. It’s fair time once again. The example at left from our fall fair in 2001. The Teleca is one of the popular combination binoculars and camera. At the time, I had a 7×50 pair of binoculars with a Minox B and a fancy attachment to allow the Minox B to use one binocular lens while I used the other (not quite the same setup).
Our 2026 events are off and running with TWO auctions held so far and the Spring Fair rapidly approaching (table set up is earlier).
Photo historians and collectors alike will enjoy browsing the offerings on the vendor tables. They are sure to find that illusive photo or bit of hardware that complements their collection, user gear, or fills a blank in their understanding of photo history (of course, they may also enter a ‘Brave New World‘ spotting new collectibles).
All the details and directions are on the poster. Free parking. Modest admission fees. Great people. Great food. What better way to enjoy a fine May Sunday!
