The Argus C3 camera is the famous ‘Brick’.
Toronto. The very popular Argus camera, the C3 (or C-3) was nicknamed ‘the Brick‘ due to its shape and sturdy design.

These collectible cameras often show up in the PHSC Events. Many of our 2026 events have been held as we enter our summer rest period. The remaining events will be held this fall and may well offer a C3 camera. If not, there will be lots of items to complement your collection.
Each event is posted to the right sidebar of this site as location and date are confirmed. A poster is pinned to the site a few weeks before each event.
