Member Willy Nassau, retired professor from WLU in Waterloo, and now a Media Technology History Consultant, has collaborated with the City of Waterloo Museum\u00a0on this special exhibition giving an overview of the History of Photography. The exhibit is on now and runs to September 30, 2016.\u00a0Click on the brass camera lens to see a brochure on the exhibit.<\/p>\n<p>PHSC members who attended our outing at <a href=\"http:\/\/phsc.ca\/camera\/?p=5377\">Ryerson this past February<\/a> saw Willy and his associate, John Durst with a <a href=\"http:\/\/phsc.ca\/camera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/PHSC_E_Mail_V_15_10.pdf\">reproduction of the first ever photographic lens<\/a> designed by Petzval. The original was in a camera manufactured by the famous Voigtlander company.
