PHSC member Edith Cuerrier recently announced that she has formed the Photographic Historical Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. The first meeting of this organization was held in Ms Cuerrier&#8217;s home at Paradise NL.<\/p>\n<p>PHSCNL was formed to serve like-minded\u00a0folks interested in photographic history. We first saw her work back in December 2011 when a summary of her thesis, &#8220;<em>George Eastman in Newfoundland and Labrador<\/em>&#8220;, was published in issue 37-3 of Photographic Canadiana.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to join or participate in Edith&#8217;s new organization, email her at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:e_cuerrier@hotmail.com\">e_cuerrier@hotmail.com<\/a>\u00a0for further information, coming meetings, etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toronto.
