Thanks to reader <em>George Dunbar<\/em> who advised me of this interesting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/blogs\/thetwo-way\/2015\/03\/06\/391246962\/documentary-filmmaker-albert-maysles-dies-at-88\">post<\/a> on the legendary Maysles bothers. Albert and his late brother David were well known and respected American documentary film makers. The brothers were best known for documentary films like the 1970&#8217;s <em>Gimme Shelter<\/em>. This documentary followed the Rolling Stones tour to the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Altamont_Free_Concert\">disastrous show<\/a> \u00a0in Altamont CA.<\/p>\n<p>The link George sent me was from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/about-npr\/192827079\/overview-and-history\">NPR<\/a>, a public news source in the States that prides itself on quality reporting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New York.
