The photo at left of a seed pod and seeds from the common milkweed is a touch too recent to be collectible, but give it a century or so &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Portraits are the most common type of old photographs but you may find photos with other subjects like the weed seeds at left &#8211; usually monochrome photos unless you spot an autochrome or similar colour photo from the turn of the last century (c1900).<\/p>\n<p>Our events are always a great place to discover new photographic collectibles.
