Gearing up for the \u00a0publication of issue 73 this year, Our favourite editor, Rita Godlevskis, of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.photoed.ca\/?srsltid=AfmBOorNzQNZozmIDFXP1asKZfXmrbWmZeQOEHV-brG1j7zBYX1N9Pve\">PhotoEd<\/a> has called for photographic submissions.<\/p>\n<p>Issue #73 will have the theme &#8216;Meld&#8217; which is described as &#8221; merge, combine, or mash-up&#8221; \u2013 \u00a0that is, using photography as a &#8220;creative blender&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Rita describes this issue and more in her<a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/photoed\/2025-january-30?e=24d8185979\"> January 2025 newsletter<\/a>. \u00a0The newsletter also announces <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ppoc.ca\/\">PPoC<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/canadianimaging.org\/\">Canadian Imaging Conference &amp; Expo<\/a>&#8221; in Ottawa this spring April 25-7).<\/p>\n<p>Here is a great way to get recognized by submitting suitable photos for issue 73 or to learn new ideas and trends by joining the conference up in Ottawa this spring!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toronto.
