Mister Gilbert was a well known writer of photographic articles in the popular press of the mid 20th century. He spoke at our society at our October 1995 and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phsc.ca\/gilbert.html\">June 2004 meetings<\/a>. He is perhaps best known for his &#8220;Leica Freedom Train&#8221; article.
