Toronto<\/strong>. My good friend, George Dunbar, discovered a very well illustrated \u00a0bio of that famous French street photographer, Henri Cartier-Bresson.<\/p>\n

George writes, ”\u00a0\u00a0A wonderful bio of Henri Cartier-Bresson’s amazing career was published in 2014 (Henri Cartier-Bresson, Here and Now\u2026.by Cl\u00e9ment Ch\u00e9roux<\/em>). The large, 400 page volume contains 500 illustrations, many of which have been published for the first time.<\/p>\n

“Certainly, this book will please the many admirers of such a world-famous artist and photographer.\u00a0Published in USA by Thames & Hudson Inc., 500 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10110.\u00a0Fortunately, this book is also available from the Toronto Public Library.<\/p>\n

“Below, the cover<\/a> and a couple of images<\/a> with my caption that ambiguously refers to these photos as well as the photographer’s well-known talent.\u00a0P.S. I hope there is no copyright problem here, since this is an educational message intended to promote the book’s readership.”<\/p>\n
