My good friend, George Dunbar, came across this captivating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.concordia.ca\/content\/dam\/finearts\/jarislowsky\/docs\/Langford%20-%20Visual%20Arts%20in%20Canada%20chapter.pdf\">article by Martha Langford<\/a>\u00a0titled &#8220;A Short History of Photography, 1900\u20132000&#8221;\u00a0at my old Alma Mater (well, I attended SGWU which combined a few years later with Loyola to create Concordia University).<\/p>\n<p>Have a read and see the striking photographs Ms Langford included in her paper.<\/p>\n<p>While we haven&#8217;t had the pleasure of hearing Michel Lambert, nor a person from the CMCP as yet, we did host a talk by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phsc.ca\/gutenberg.html\">Michael Torosian<\/a>in April of 2009 .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toronto.
