And <a href=\"https:\/\/archives.library.ryerson.ca\/index.php\/folmer-schwing-division-eastman-kodak-co\">Folmer and Schwing<\/a>, a Kodak division at the time, advertised in <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.vanityfair.com\/issues\/1929\">Vanity Fair<\/a> with this attractive portrait of a little girl.<\/p>\n<p>Charming portrait. Charming camera. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.historiccamera.com\/cgi-bin\/librarium2\/pm.cgi?action=app_display&amp;app=datasheet&amp;app_id=1133\">Folmer &amp; Schwing<\/a> company had a complicated history, beginning in New York City as a bicycle compny.<\/p>\n<p>The cameras became the standard tool of news \u00a0photographers and even have their own collector&#8217;s society and <a href=\"https:\/\/phsc.ca\/camera\/?p=7100\">journal<\/a>.
