George Dunbar sent me an email the other day on statistics from spring 2009 issue of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canadashistory.ca\/explore\/museums,-galleries-archives\/the-beaver-archive\">The Beaver<\/a>. The statistics relate to the <a href=\"http:\/\/onf-nfb.gc.ca\/en\/our-collection\/\">National Film Board<\/a> (NFB) Vault. We have a gem in the NFB which was established in 1939. The board has even won an Oscar back in 1953.<\/p>\n<p>I did a brief obit post on <a href=\"http:\/\/phsc.ca\/camera\/?p=10435\">Grant Munro<\/a> who collaborated on the Oscar winning short called \u00a0<em>Neighbours<\/em> with Norm McLaren, all the more relevant today with the Donald romping around down south&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toronto.
