We have something slightly different this time. The newsletter is a joint effort between journal editor Bob Lansdale and co-editor David Bridge. David is in the process of taking over the editorial duties for this pdf newsletter.
This month, the November speaker is announced and the video shown in October are reviewed. The fall fair report and the Boris Spremo exhibit at the fall fair are covered. We have two book reviews. The first is on Josef Sudek by Maia Sutnik of the AGO and coincides with that institution’s exhibit of Sutnik’s work. The second is a book about Early Paper Stereoviews by the late John Cameron and Janice Schimmelman of MiPHS. There is a photo essay of the Daguerrien Seminar held in Baltimore earlier this month, plus a discussion of another mystery item – an unusual camera. The 13 page extravaganza wraps up with the usual columns.
